Meredith Hicks, class of 2001, was named the first recipient in a series of
scholarships established by the Emory University Woman's Club. The award went
to dance student Hicks (a double major in English and Dance), while future scholarships
will rotate among film, music, and theater studies.
Destiny Parker, a double major in Dance and Political Science, received this award in 2004.
